Ramallah-Brussels  IDMC Palestine and the European Foundation for Quality Management, EFQM, agreed to a new distributor agreement to enable IDMC to deliver EFQM services including training and assessment services to the local (and regional) markets. EFQM is the renowned world organization in the field of excellence dedicated to improve the performance of European companies, whose model of nine criteria is now being used internationally as basis for national excellence awards particularly in the Arab Gulf States.
