Nablus – June 10, 2012 with collaboration with IDMC, IDCI completed the design of Excellence Award for Al-Najah National University, which is an internal award that aims to improve performance and strengthen motivation, and to take advantage of and use international standards in quality and excellence.

IDMC represented by CEO Dr. Amjed Ghanim participated in launching the Award where he gave a brief description of the criteria and how to implement and manage Award subcommittees.

It was also shown during the ceremony the results of evaluation of Al-Najah branches that were visited and meetings/discussions were held with about 400 of Al-Najah staff. The results showed a convergence in the performance of all districts, where the Al-Najah Chief expressed his pride of results achieved with such a short time frame.

At the end of the ceremony, IDMC Company was honored and recognized for its creativity and excellence in serving the University Staff and contributing to its institutional development efforts.
