IDMC implemented this project which was funded by the German agency GIZ as the first integrated and comprehensive project for management development including conducting diagnostic studies surveys of citizens’ views a development strategy for all municipality works and computerizing all management functions financial administrative engineering customer service. IDMC supervised the computerization of operations of the municipal system consisting of network and database system using Oracle.The project lasted for three years.
