The project delivered technical assistance to the Department by raising its capabilities and results in preparation for participating in the Sharjah Award for Government Communication, that is an Arab Award for local and external participation. This effort included three awards: Best website, Best communication strategy, and Best government communication practice. The department won Award of the best website in the 2018 assessment cycle.
