TAAWON is a leading non-governmental Palestinian development organization working on their ambitious digital transformation strategy that calls forassessing their core business processes within their ERP/CRM system by mapping the current state of business processes to point out gaps and disconnects before stepping up to full digital transformation of their operations.

Our distinct consultants helped in mappinga comprehensive set of recommended solutionsfor TAAWON to implement in the future based on their desk review, business units’ interviews findings, and international standards guidelines. Our team proposed a full justified case analysis on the (As-Is) situation of the organization and recommendations on designed cutting edge future-state process map (To-Be).

Standards aligned with this purpose were ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System, ISO 31000:2018 Risk Management System, ISO 22301: 2019 Business Continuity, ISO27001:2013 Information Security Management System, ISO21500:2021 Program and Project Management System, and Prince Mohammad Bin Fahd Prize for best charity performance in the Arab world (Based on EFQM Excellence Model 2013).
